"Great location within Freiberg, in the centre of the old town with easy access to trams and the train station. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the Rathausplatz, the triple glazing meaning that the room was very quiet with the windows closed. Very comfy bedroom, although it would have been nice to have a kettle and a mini fridge. The only gripe with the room was that we stayed six nights and whilst the bedding was changed, the..."

"From the moment I stepped inside the hotel I felt homey and cosy. The room is clean, modern, and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast was included and was varied and nourishing. The ambience in the lounge cosy and despite the fire only been on TV I felt warm and relaxed. The service just incredible and the people service-oriented and friendly. If I could I would live here. I’d give it more than 5 stars"

"We had a really good time here. The hotel is new, the bedding comfy, the staff helpful and nice, the location is great. It was very calm, no noise at all. The bar is nice in the evening, too. Breakfast was wonderful, too. Nothing to complain about! We parked our car elsewhere (Parkhaus Karlsbau). There is no spa and no fitness or other amenoties in the hotel; clearly this place is for sleeping and having breakfast and if you like,..."

"Very stylish, modern and clean hotel. Excellent location, in a pedestrianized road right in the middle of the old town and everything is in walking distance. The room (deluxe double room) was super spacious, spotlessly clean with comfortable bed. Our window had view of the Rathaus. Amazing bathroom with rainshower. The staff in the reception and the breakfast area were all very polite and efficient, and everybody was speaking english. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and everything top..."

"The location of the hotel was amazingly convenient, but the rooms were very quiet, even though it is in the center of town. The room was recently renovated and very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was delicious, with many fresh options."

"Although I had to cancel my stay due to a sudden health issue, I want to praise the kindness and fairness of the hotel staff. Even though my booking was officially non-refundable, they showed real understanding and offered a solution without hesitation. Their humanity stood out, and I will gladly choose this hotel when I return to Germany."
